BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
18 blintzes (frozen)
16 oz. sour cream
Few drops vanilla
6 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch dish. Put all ingredients in blender (excepts blintzes). When butter is melted line frozen blintzes in dish. Pour mixture over them. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
