FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) pkg finely shredded cheese or shredded coconut
Assorted fruit cut into bite-size pieces, about 3 cups such as mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, pears, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, red and/or green apples; or use drained fruit cocktail for a shortcut

Slice cookie dough 1/8 inch thick. Press circles to cover bottom and sides of 9x13-inch baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Whip cream cheese until smooth and blend in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. Scatter drained fruit over filling. Top with shredded cheese or coconut. Chill before serving. Cut into desired serving size.
