PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. rainbow rotini, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled & drained
8 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 can black olives, chopped
4 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
1 tomato, diced
3/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 bottle Paul Newman Italian dressing
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients except Italian dressing. Add enough dressing to coat and toss.

Excellent Recipe!! Did not add tomatoes but added roasted peppers and chunks of Parmesan Cheese. YUMMM!!!! Also substituted salami for sausage.
