WHIPPED TOPPING 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. warm milk
3/4 c. ice water
1 c. instant non-fat milk
6 sugar substitutes
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Soften gelatin in warm water; chill. (Gelatin makes whipped topping stand up longer.) Add gelatin mixture to ice water and add to dry milk in a small mixing bowl. (All utensils and ingredients should be as cold as possible.) Beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sweetener; then gradually add lemon juice, continuing to beat mixture. Yields 2 cups.
