HAOLE SALAD 
1 pkg. "Rainbow" rotelle pasta (that's corkscrew noodles for non-haoles)
1/4 onion, diced
1 sm. cucumber, sliced
1 sm. tomato, diced
1 bunch broccoli, cut florets off in sm. pieces
1 pkg. Ranch dressing, prepare with 1 c. mayonnaise & 1 c. milk

Prepare pasta per package directions. Drain and cool. (Hint: A small bit of oil in the water will keep the pasta from boiling over and sticking while cooking.)

Add vegetables. Chill. Serve with dressing on side to keep vegetables crisp.
