BROKEN BOWL CASSEROLE 
6 servings white rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans green beans, drained
1 small bag frozen meatballs

Cook rice according to package, then put aside. Microwave meatballs until heated through.

In a large microwave-safe dish, combine cooked rice, cooked meatballs, cream of mushroom soup and green beans. Stir well. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir and serve while hot.

Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
