EASY PIE DOUGH 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix flour, sugar and salt until even texture. Cut shortening into flour mixture. Beat egg in 1/2 cup water, then add tablespoon vinegar. Combine the two mixtures and mix well and refrigerate at least 15 minutes before rolling any out. Use as needed. Can be kept for several days.
