3 1.2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. molasses

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake in 375 degree oven about 10 minutes or until done. Remove and immediately sprinkle warm cookies with sugar.
