CAPTAIN JOHN'S FAVORITE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stew tomatoes
1 c. white wine
1/2 jar capers
1/2 jar salad olives
Black pepper
1 lg. clove garlic, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up

Take a large pan. Skin the chicken and put it in. Put stew tomatoes, caper, olives salad, onion, garlic, black pepper on top of the chicken and pour wine on top. Cover and cook 2 hours at 350 degrees.
