BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Texas Pete
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 garlic bulb - garlic powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice

Place all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Then steep for 30 minutes. NOTE: Great in slow cooker with pork roast.
