MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well. Cook in 2 quart microwave bowl 2 1/2 minutes on high. Stir well and cook an additional 2 1/2 minutes. Stir well and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until thick when stirred. Stir well and add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoons vanilla. Stir well and pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
