ANGEL BISCUITS FOR FREEZER 
5 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and combine with buttermilk and add more flour if necessary. Roll out on floured board about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit butter. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees. You may freeze until you need them.
