CHILI RELLENOS 
1 (7 oz.) can whole green Ortega chiles
1 c. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, or 1 carton "Egg Beaters"
1/8 c. flour
3/4 c. milk

Line a small greased baking dish with layer of chiles - each slit open with seeds removed. Layer with 1 cup Jack or Cheddar, follow with layer of Mozzarella.

Mix together egg, flour and milk. Pour over chiles and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. Serve with refried beans and salsa.
