SHORT CUT DOBOS TORTE | |
1 sm. Sara Lee vanilla pound cake 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sour cream 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 1/2 tsp. instant coffee Cut cake in 5 lengthwise slices while still frozen. Combine rest of ingredients, adding sour cream when cool. Re-assemble cake, icing each layer as you put it back together. Then ice entire cake. Cover with chopped walnuts (optional). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8. |
