BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
16 oz. can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can of biscuits
1 c. shredded cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients; heat until bubbly. Pour into casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half to form 30 half circles. Place cut-side-down ground edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes until biscuits are brown. Serves 5.
