KEY LIME PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. key lime juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 in.) graham cracker pie crust
Whipped topping

Blend milk, cream cheese and lime juice with mixer. Mix on low speed until smooth. Add vanilla. (I usually add several drops of green food coloring.) Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill until set, 3 to 4 hours. Top with whipped cream.

Variation: Use lemon juice instead of lime juice. Serve with fresh strawberries.
