HAM CASSEROLE 
1 box thin spaghetti
Salt
2 tbsp. onion, minced
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. half & half
1 c. chicken broth
3 c. diced leftover cooked ham
1 box frozen peas
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti in boiling salt water, drain and set aside. Saute onion lightly in butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, milk, half and half and broth. Cook until thick. Add ham, peas and spaghetti. Put half mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle half cheese then put another layer of spaghetti and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
