3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peeled grated apple

Combine cream cheese, orange juice, and sugar. Mix until smooth. Stir in apple. Use as spread for banana bread.
