IMPOSSIBLE PIZZA PIE 
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
Sauce (below)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 - 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4-6 oz.)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Sprinkle 2/3 cup onion and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese in plate. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread Sauce over top. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake until cheese is light brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.

SAUCE:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients.

1/2 pound ground beef or bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained, can be substituted for the pepperoni.
