FRESH FRUIT CORDIAL 
Bananas
Cherries
Peaches
Pears
Grapes
Oranges
Nectarines
Wa termelon
Melon balls
Lemon sherbet
Orange sherbet
Lime sherbet or ice cream

SYRUP:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

Boil ingredients for syrup for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Cover fruits with syrup and chill. Line watermelon shell or bowl with sherbet or sherbets of choice. Add fruits. Sprinkle chopped maraschino cherries and nut meats over sherbet and fruits. Add mint springs for decoration.
