PAT'S HOT POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. onions
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon bits

Cook potatoes in salt water until done. When cool, dice. Dice cheese. Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, potatoes, salt, pepper; put into casserole dish. Add bacon bits on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6.
