RICOTTA CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
6 eggs
1 pt. sour cream

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Cream butter then add Ricotta and cream cheese, cream well. Add sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Again cream well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each. Add sour cream.

Pour into 9x13 pan or 2 smaller pans. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Remove from oven. Let stand until cool, then refrigerate.
