CHEESE BROCCOLI 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 pkg. herbal stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 can - size of soup filled with milk (approximately 1/4 c. milk)

Cook broccoli as directed then drain and line casserole dish with broccoli. Combine milk and soup and add to top of broccoli. Next layer cheese on top of broccoli. In a separate pan, melt the butter. Add the stuffing mix to the melted butter and stir until browned. Add the stuffing mix as the next layer in the casserole. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10.
