CHEATER'S LASAGNA 
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash
2 (30 oz.) jars Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. milk

Cook ground beef and Italian sausage. Drain off fat. Add Ragu sauce. Microwave onion for 2 minutes. Then add to sauce. Add garlic powder, sugar, Mrs. Dash, salt, Italian seasoning, tomatoes and 2 beaten eggs. Stir well and simmer for 20 minutes. While sauce is simmering, boil lasagna. Add 1 beaten egg and parsley to Ricotta cheese and beat. Add milk to Ricotta cheese until blend is like a very thick soup. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with meat sauce. Layer on 1/2 the lasagna, then cover with 1/2 the Ricotta cheese, 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 the Parmesan cheese, and repeat the process. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
