STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
Zucchini

MEAT MIXTURE:

1 lb. ground beef
2 green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dry sherry
2 tsp. cornstarch

SEASONING SAUCE:

1 c. stock
1 tsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oyster sauce
Dash of white pepper
Cornstarch

Cut zucchini in half; scoop out center. Pat dry.

Combine ingredients for meat mixture. Stuff zucchini with meat mixture. Heat frying pan with 2 tablespoons oil, fry stuffed zucchini with meat side down for about 2 minutes. Add seasoning sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer until done.

Remove zucchini with spatula and arrange on a platter, meat side up; thicken with cornstarch solution; pour over zucchini.
