WILTED LETTUCE 
3 thin strips bacon
1 tbsp. drippings
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 med. head of lettuce
2 hard cooked eggs

Cook bacon in 3 quart casserole. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until crispy. Remove bacon to paper towels to drain. Crumble. Set aside.

Stir sugar, seasonings and vinegar into drippings. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. Stir in celery and onion. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Toss lettuce into hot dressing until each piece is coated and slightly wilted. Top with egg slices and bacon pieces. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
