CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW ROLL 
7 oz. little colored marshmallows
1 c. powdered sugar, dusted over marshmallows
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted with 1 tbsp. butter

Add:

1 beaten egg

Cook to thicken. Also will need coconut. Stir in marshmallows. Pour out on wax paper covered with coconut and shape into 2 rolls. Cool in refrigerator to chill. Slice and serve.
