1 c. 7-Up
2 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Few drops green food coloring
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. prepared Dream Whip

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in top of double boiler. Heat over boiling water until melted (stir well). Pour dry Jello into marshmallow and 7-Up mixture; mix until dissolved. In a bowl put cream cheese (room temperature) and add hot mixture to cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice and food coloring and pineapple and nuts. Stir well with spoon. Chill until partially set and thick. Fold in Dream Whip (blend thoroughly) and refrigerate.
