BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 1/2 lb. Boston butt
2 1/2 lb. Irish potatoes, diced
2 1/2 onions, cut up

Cook meat, take out of water. Cool. Add potatoes and onions to water and cook until done.

Add: 1 (16 oz.) can cream corn 3 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes 1 (16 oz.) can garden peas 8 oz. bottle ketchup, more if desired 1/4 bottle hot sauce Sugar if bitter

Cook for about 1 hour.
