SALMON PIE - NO CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flaked salmon
1 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Beat milk, mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high using mixer). Add salmon, cheese and onions and pour into pie pan. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with cocktail or tartar sauce.
