OLD FASHION CHOCOLATE PIE 
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, flour, salt and cocoa. Add milk and beaten egg yokes. Cook until thick (about 20 minutes) stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is melted. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell.

Cover with meringue and brown in 350°F oven.
