3 eggs, beaten
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. apples, peeled & sliced thin

Mix first seven ingredients. Fold in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Spray pan with Pam.

GLAZE:

1 c. 10X sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix and pour over cake while it is warm.
