SESAME FISH | |
4 pieces of fish, skinless firm fillets, haddock or cod Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp. Worcestershire 2 drops Tabasco sauce 1 egg 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sesame seed 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. oil Mix lemon juice and Worcestershire and Tabasco. Marinate fish 5-10 minutes. Drip coat with flour, wash with egg and milk, beaten. Cover fish with mixture of sesame seed and Parmesan cheese and brown in pan with 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice. |
