OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken (broiler-fryer), cut up
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed barbecue potato chips

Dip chicken pieces in butter, roll in chip mixture. Place pieces, skin side up and not touching, in greased jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and chip mixture. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour or until done, don't turn.
