ORANGE ROUGHY 
4 orange roughy fillets
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. season salt
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Wash off fillets and then season with your season salt, garlic powder, and your black pepper.

Place fillets in a foil pan and place in oven.

Let fillets cook for about 35 minutes or longer if you so desire.

In a saucepan, put your butter and lemon juice and saute' over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Spread sauce over fish and continue to bake.
