APRICOT CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts or parts
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar apricot jam
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
2/3 c. water

Mix all but chicken. Place chicken, skin side down, in baking dish. Pour over chicken and marinate over night or 5 hours. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove, cover, turn and bake until tender.
