1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Mix sugar and cocoa in saucepan. Add milk and butter. Bring to boil, do not stir while boiling. Let boil a couple minutes. Take off stove and beat until thick.
