MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 or 2 cans French style green beans 1 lg. can LeSueur English peas 1 c. celery, diced sm. 1 c. onion, diced sm. 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced sm. 1 sm. jar pimientos, diced 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt Drain all vegetables. Add combined oil, sugar, vinegar and salt, after they have been mixed until sugar and salt have dissolved. Cover and refrigerate. |
