CHOCOLATE (NO) CREAM PIE 
1 9" home made pie crust
1/3 c. low fat flour
1 c. fat free sugar
1/4 tsp. fat free salt
1/4 c. cocoa powder
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. sugar

Mix dry ingredients in saucepan. Add milk and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Boil 1 minute after mixture begins bubbling. Remove from heat.

Beat egg yolks in small bowl; add small amounts of chocolate mixture to egg yolks and stir. Gradually stir yolks into mixture in pan. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool. Bake meringue on top at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
