Chuck steak for 5, cut in pieces Onion Oil Salt and pepper Flour 1 can beef broth 1/2 can water 1/4 c. barbeque sauce 2 med. peppers Carrots Brown onion in oil. Salt and pepper chuck steak pieces, flour them, and brown meat in pan with onions, don't add more oil (if needed add water). Add 1 can beef broth and 1/2 can water to meat and onions. Mix 1/4 cup barbeque sauce with a small amount of water and add to pan. Add 2 medium peppers and carrots later. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender. |
