SOUTHERN SALTED PECANS | |
1 c. butter 4 c. pecan halves 1 tbsp. salt Melt butter in a large skillet; add pecans and salt. Stir well to coat pecans; remove from heat. Place pecans in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Yield: 4 cups. |
