KUNG PAO CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts (halves)
2 carrots, sliced
10 mushrooms, peeled & sliced
1 tsp. ginger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 red or green pepper, chopped
3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
