ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, including juice

Beat 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix together and fold in 1 (9 oz.) carton thawed Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
