PANCAKE PIZZA 
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. pancake syrup
1 cup granola without raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Additional pancake syrup

Place Bisquick in bowl. Combine the eggs, milk, oil and syrup; add to biscuit mix and mix well. Spread onto greased 14 inch pizza pan; sprinkle with granola and nuts.

Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges. Serve with additional syrup.

Serves 8.
