HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. diced celery
2 c. cheddar cheese croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds tossed in butter
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Butter baking dish. Add mixture. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until it bubbles.
