BOILED CUSTARD | |
6 egg yolks 2 qts. milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs and sugar until light. Bring milk to boiling point in double boiler. Add sugar and eggs gradually, stirring constantly for 15 minutes. After taking from fire, beat until custard begins to cool. Add vanilla. Chill and serve with whipped cream. |
