PINEAPPLE ICE BOX CAKE 
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. cream or milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. crushed pineapple
30 graham crackers
Nuts

Cook egg yolks and cream together until thick. Set aside to cool. Cream together sugar and butter. Add beaten egg whites, cooled egg mixture, pineapple and nuts. Roll graham crackers until fine crumbs. Place a layer of crumbs in bottom of dish, then a layer of filling, repeat. Garnish with whipped cream.
