CRUNCH BARS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients, spread in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spread marshmallows evenly over bars and return to oven for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, get topping ready to put on when you take it from oven. Put it on carefully.

TOPPING:

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. peanut butter

Melt chips in 1 tablespoon of oil and peanut butter, then cereal. Put on bars while still hot so it spreads. Cool in refrigerator for easy cutting.
