BEV'S ITALIAN DELIGHT 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2-3/4 c. milk
1 lb. rigatoni
2 tbsp. oil

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add sauce and milk. Brown sausage and hamburger; mix with sauce mixture. Prepare rigatoni as directed on package. Add to sauce and meat mixture. Serve immediately. You can make this ahead and put into a casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
