YOGURT SHAKE 
1 1/2 c. fresh ripe or frozen strawberries, sliced
Sugar substituted to equal 1/4 c. of sugar
Dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 (8 oz.) cartons plain low-fat yogurt

Place all ingredients, except yogurt, into medium-sized bowl; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Place strawberry mixture and yogurt into blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve cold.
